By placing an order with us, you agree to the guidelines outlined below. We encourage you to review this policy carefully to understand what to expect if you choose to cancel an order.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment  

We understand that you may sometimes reconsider after placing an order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placement. You may also request cancellation at any time before dispatch, provided it is still within that 24-hour window. Acting promptly ensures a smooth process.  

To request a cancellation, email our customer support team at lunariflowtechnology@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for cancellation  

Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.  

We aim to make cancellations quick and stress-free, giving you the flexibility and confidence you deserve.  

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped  

Once your accessories have left our warehouse and are in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still return the items once they are delivered, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.  

We want you to shop with confidence. Even when cancellation is no longer available, our return process ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind.  

Making Changes to an Order  

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it. This includes:   

Changing or updating products   
Editing the shipping address   
Correcting contact details   

If you notice any errors, the best option is to cancel the order within the eligible timeframe and place a new one with the correct information.
